Meals & More is a weekly lunchtime project offering a hot meal. There will also be professional workers on site to offer advice, information and support with mental health, addiction, financial difficulties and housing.

Dancing and Singing Souls
Feb 19 @ 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Dancing, singing, drama, and games. A fun group for children and young people to explore the creative arts. Led by young students from year 11 and supervised by qualified adults. D.A.S. offers the opportunity to develop self-esteem and confidence as well as showing good positive role models volunteering within the community. Open to children and young people from year 3.

Ilfracombe Depression & Anxiety Group
Feb 19 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Ilfracombe depression and anxiety group is a confidential peer-led support group. Sharing experiences, offering support and friendship. A well stocked library of self-help, advice and therapies are available. IDAG is also available to offer confidential support through their closed Facebook group which can be found by clicking here

An aerial based fitness programme using ropes, rings, ladders and more. Open to children from 5 years through to adults.
